LOCATION

Our resort is located directly on Lake Niegocin, at the mouth of the Niegocin Canal. It is the focal point of the Great Masurian Lakes Trail, a great starting point for cruising around Masuria, and the 140 km navigable route available. The location combines proximity to nature with the possibility of using tourist infrastructure.

The unique location allows you to enjoy beautiful views of Lake Niegocin and the Niegocin Canal. The scenery is visible from the windows and terraces of each apartments, making it an unforgettable experience for our guests.

In a world full of stimuli - the view of the water allows you to calm down and relax - which is why exposure to the lake is a priority here. The unique landscape makes our guests visit us even in the low season to escape from everyday life, the hustle and bustle of the city, and the greyness and noise. The atmosphere of peace and communion with nature helps to achieve inner peace and makes worries and stress fade away.

Nautica Resort Attractions

The apartment complex has two beaches, two playgrounds, a relaxation area, a water sports rental, a sauna and hot tub, and a waterfront restaurant with a terrace offering a phenomenal lake view. The rental offers electric and petrol-powered boats, SUP boards, e-foil boards, an electric catamaran powered with solar energy, water bikes, kayaks, and water mats for children.

Attractions in the area

The surrounding forests delight hiking and biking enthusiasts. During such a walk, you can observe wildlife or rare bird species. In Giżycko and the surrounding area, you will find many excellent restaurants serving fresh, Masurian fish.

Historical Sites

Take a walk to the Boyen Fortress - one of the best-preserved examples of mid-19th-century defensive architecture in Poland - or visit the restored Teutonic Castle. In Giżycko, you'll find the fascinating Water Tower and the historic rotating bridge over the Łuczański Canal (one of only two such bridges in Europe) that is open and closed manually at certain times.

Attractions for the Youngest

The youngest visitors can enjoy numerous attractions at Giżycko's Lunapark near the city beach, as well as Boyen Water Park. The floating course consists of various obstacles and platforms, including a monkey grove with a slide, an eight-metre swing, a trampoline, a launch pillow, and a water spinner. Nearby, in a picturesque forest, is the largest rope park in Masuria. A unique attraction is the zip-line ride over the lake and a large pool with 10,000 balls.  The parrot house in Wilkasy (walking distance from Apartments) is also worth a visit.
